Imperial Petrópolis Tour, lunch included

A short trip into the mountains, enjoying the subtropical vegetation along the way. Arrival in Petrópolis, a typical small town with cobbled streets and carriages like those used at the turn of the 20th century. Excellent weather. Visit to the old cathedral and the summer palace of the last Brazilian emperor, Dom Pedro II. The palace is now a museum, housing a beautiful collection of crown jewels, furniture, paintings and carpets from the days of the Empire.
